This role serves as a first responder for all customer servicing activities including deliveries, pick-ups, and equipment swaps.
The position is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, determining solutions in accordance with product specifications, and recommending actions to customers.

Salary
Base: $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Paid Time Off, Tuition Assistance

Must-have
Valid driver's license required
Mechanical or technical field experience
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs frequently
Extensive daily driving to customer sites
Equipment installation and maintenance skills
