The pharmacy technician lead will have leadership over the technicians within their work area and be responsible for assisting with the management of staff and overseeing pharmacy operations.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities of at least a Certified Pharmacy Technician, this role will oversee and assist with operational activities, quality improvement, and staff development plans.
