Deliver day-to-day legal support advising clients in the field of corporate law and develop corporate legal service practice.
Advise on effective planning and implementation support for corporate reorganizations such as domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 1300 EUR to 2600 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
