• This position requires active participation in staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and maintaining accurate medication and resident care documentation.

• Current active LPN/LVN license
• CPR certification
• Graduation from accredited nursing or LPN/LVN program
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices

• Experience with PCC preferred
