  • The R&D Technician is responsible for the use of pilot plant and lab scale equipment to produce new chocolate and compound products.
  • This role will also assure that raw materials are available in the lab, maintain traceability of ingredients, follow environmental monitoring and micro protocols.
  • Salary Range of $60,000 - $65,000, depending on factors such as experience and location, plus annual bonus and our comprehensive benefits package.
