Job Summary
As the Production Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence—while also supporting team building, employee engagement, new product launches, and effective capacity and production planning.
Accountable to meeting and/or exceeding business objectives including but not limited to safety, quality, delivery, customer experience, people development and cost.
Identify and execute continuous improvement projects through teamwork, empowerment, consultative problem solving, and operating with honesty and integrity while providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
