Responsible for planning/execution of technical projects to improve Safety/Quality/Delivery/Cost (SQDC) within Polymer Matrix Composites (PMC) manufacturing.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive manufacturing improvements in PMC manufacturing equipment and process technology within the supply base.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices of polymer matrix composites manufacturing and grow technical expertise.
