Job Summary
The primary responsibilities will be to teach poultry and preventive medicine within veterinary and graduate school curricula and to lead outreach efforts in support of Ohio’s poultry producers and veterinarians.
Faculty effort is anticipated to be approximately evenly divided between teaching and outreach, with smaller portions of the appointment devoted to scholarly activity and professional or academic service.
The successful candidate will additionally serve as an important collaborator for research and provide service to the College and the veterinary profession.

Key Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) degree
Eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio

Advanced degree and/or training (e.g., MS, MPH, PhD, residency program)
Prior experience teaching students
Board certification in a relevant veterinary specialty
