Job Summary
The Field Associate monitors protection situations at border gates and conducts interviews to identify protection concerns and trends.
The incumbent regularly visits sites to assess needs of persons of concern, with particular attention to vulnerable groups, and supports programme implementation monitoring.
This is a temporary appointment initially for three months with a possibility of extension, requiring travel flexibility and strong communication skills.

Key Requirements
3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or 2 years with Bachelor
Fluency in English and Turkish
Experience in humanitarian and migration fields desirable
Knowledge of UNHCR policies and procedures
Ability to travel regularly
Residence permit required for non-Turkish citizens
Work Rights
Must have legal presence in Türkiye and valid residence permit if non-Turkish
