You will design and manage the customer journey from onboarding to reactivation of inactive users to maximize engagement.
This role acts as a bridge between data technology and marketing creativity to optimize multichannel campaigns including Email, Push, SMS, and In-app messaging.
You will work closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ensure database integrity and brand consistency while transforming raw data into actionable insights.
