Civil and Construction Engineering programs. The position offers practical work experience in construction and project management, working closely with Facilities Management and receiving mentorship from the Director of Planning, Design, and Construction
Job Summary
The internship provides practical work experience in construction and project management-related activities to be applied toward the Professional Requirements of these academic programs.
The intern will work with the Director of Planning, Design, and Construction and other Facilities Management team members to assist with construction and project management activities through all phases of actual major and minor construction projects on the UA Little Rock campus.
Serve as contract administrator and project manager on minor construction projects that are handled through various construction vendors and procurement methods.
