Participate as part of a multi-disciplinary team of planners to develop and maintain complete, doctrinally compliant OPLAN or OPORD packages and associated annexes.
Manage timelines, allocate team resources, and prioritize work to meet exercise design and execution schedules.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Develop and maintain OPLAN/OPORD packages
Produce FRAGORDs and annex updates
Format orders in accordance with doctrine
Conduct country studies and terrain analysis
Coordinate with military personnel and exercise designers
Manage version control and document management
Nice-to-have
Serve as a warfighting function trainer
Experience with MCTP or ILE
Graduate of SAMS
Key Requirements
Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
Experience in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level
