This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems while managing vendor relationships and driving preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

8+ years facilities maintenance experience
Leading maintenance and facilities teams
Managing complex production facilities
HVAC electrical mechanical building systems
OSHA environmental safety regulations knowledge
Budgeting capital projects cost control

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
Experience with turn-key power distribution solutions
Strong change management and communication skills
Proficiency in facility management software systems

Key Requirements
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
8+ years progressive experience in facilities management
Previous experience leading maintenance teams required
