Job Summary
Steward day-to-day consumer engagement for three large, iconic brands within the portfolio, protecting brand reputation and building consumer trust.
Serve as the frontline voice of brands, ensuring consumers feel heard and translating community insights into actionable feedback for various teams.
Identify, triage, and escalate sensitive consumer issues, partnering closely with brand, PR, legal, regulatory, and customer care teams.
