Job Summary

  • This position is responsible in ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner's asset.
  • Supervise and manage daily activities of the department, ensuring team members are trained and have the necessary tools and equipment.
  • Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department, participating in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget.
