Job Summary
This is a hands-on position, providing the highest degree of professional catering service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include setting up and servicing individual beverage locations, enforcing all liquor laws, and verifying and accounting for all liquor inventory.
The role requires preparing all beverage items for sale, selling to customers, and receiving and handling card payments and/or tickets.
