Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or MBA and CPA
Minimum 12 years of experience in financial management
relevant share in a leadership role in a multinational company
proven track record of successful leadership
proven record of developing high/performing organization
Experience in handling external and BIR audits
Strong analytical approach and strategic and business acumen
decision making capacity
Ability to collaborate, influence and persuade effectively
Drive and persistence in developing processes and organization
strong change-management skills
Experience with shared service
proficiency in accounting software (preferred SAP)
