Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or MBA and CPA
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in financial management
  • relevant share in a leadership role in a multinational company
  • proven track record of successful leadership
  • proven record of developing high/performing organization
  • Experience in handling external and BIR audits
  • Strong analytical approach and strategic and business acumen
  • decision making capacity
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and persuade effectively
  • Drive and persistence in developing processes and organization
  • strong change-management skills
  • Experience with shared service
  • proficiency in accounting software (preferred SAP)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
