Job Summary
The role contributes to an exceptional resident experience by providing high standards of repairs and statutory compliance for building fabric and mechanical systems.
The technician is responsible for diagnosing faults, undertaking minor day-to-day repairs, and managing the Onesite electronic maintenance reporting system.
Employees must be available on a rota basis for out-of-hours emergency callouts and ensure all communal areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Must-have
Recognised trade qualification in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
Experience with domestic residential maintenance repairs

Ability to monitor electronic maintenance reporting systems
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills

Key Requirements
