This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing Sales Development organization to generate qualified pipeline for enterprise sales teams.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and lead management while establishing systems for high-level SDR operations.

Base: $94,500 - $151,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Included in total compensation package; Benefits: Competitive salary, 401k match, PTO, parental leave, health plans
