Support the Strategy and Corporate Development team in asset purchase and rotation processes, as well as in preparing internal analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Perform financial and investment analyses for the evaluation of business opportunities, identify and explore potential collaboration or strategic partnership opportunities, and participate in the negotiation and structuring of corporate agreements.
Collaborate in the definition and execution of the asset rotation plan and in Due Diligence processes in coordination with various departments, preparing presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for senior management.
