The Global Head of Maintenance and Innovation Strategy is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the organization’s global maintenance vision and innovation roadmap to ensure world-class asset reliability and operational efficiency.
This position oversees global teams, establishes strategic direction, global maintenance procedures, standardizes maintenance frameworks, and drives innovation programs across all sites and business units.
The role requires defining and implementing quality management procedures within engineering, with a focus on cGMP and GEP requirements, and representing the global engineering and maintenance function in regulatory audits.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
12-15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations
