Base: $122,100 - $139,400; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years people leadership experience
Minimum 5 years lending experience with full-cycle responsibility

Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred
