Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and record all entries in an informative, descriptive manner.
Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, grooming, and bowel/bladder care, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
