Job Summary

• You will lead a Business Banking–wide transformation to establish a centralised, scalable and technology‑enabled contract management capability.
• This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end design and execution of the BB Customer Contract Management Program, ensuring negotiated customer contracts are consistently governed, operationally executable, monitored and assured within risk appetite, and embedded into business‑as‑usual operating models.
• You’ll step into a highly visible and impactful role, leading a critical Business Banking program that strengthens how we manage customer commitments and non‑financial risk at scale.
