Job Summary
This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a reusable heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle designed to carry people and payloads to space.
You will manage a small team within the SEIT System Engineering Center to develop processes, products, and workflows for the New Glenn program.

Base: $183,807.00 - $257,328.75; Bonus/Equity: Stock options available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match up to 5%

10+ years aerospace engineering experience
3+ years management in large development programs
Experience with IBM JAZZ, ISOGraph, Windchill tools
Process development for system engineering and safety
Mentoring engineers on system engineering practices

Experience interacting with FAA and Space Force Range
Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies
Background in DevOps practices and tools
Certification in configuration management (CMII)
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
B.S. degree in aerospace engineering or related field
US citizenship or permanent resident status required
Minimum 10 years engineering experience in aerospace industry
Minimum 3 years management experience at system/program level
