Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining detailed medical records, developing care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents in a memory care environment.
The role requires active participation in facility surveys, staff training, and quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license
