Job Summary

• This position serves as the facility’s clinical subject matter expert overseeing therapy operations, personnel management, and interdisciplinary safety initiatives.
• The incumbent serves on the team for the IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative) and also provides administrative leadership for Occupational Therapy (OT), Adaptive Equipment (AE), and Physical Therapy (PT) clinics, including strategic planning, budget and resource management, personnel supervision, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
• Caswell Developmental Center, serving as North Carolina's Eastern Region resource center, provides specialized residential, programmatic, and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
