The Facilities Administrator is responsible for supporting effective and efficient facilities services while demonstrating a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency procedures.
Graduates will gain multi-dimensional experience by contributing to financial planning, budget management, marketing strategies, HR policies, administrative tasks, and compliance with UAE commercial laws.
The role offers opportunities to work closely with the Facilities Manager, Moves and Changes team, and Building Operations team to manage building maintenance, internal moves, stock levels, and health and safety equipment.
