C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
CMMS platform usage for record keeping

Experience with high-specification Grade A offices
Knowledge of Trend or Honeywell BMS platforms
F-Gas Category 1 certification preferred
Legionella awareness training included
Strong customer service in corporate environments
Key Requirements
City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ/SVQ Level 3
Current BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition) certification
