  • Deep technical experience in MongoDB ecosystem
  • Problem solving and customer service skills
  • Expertise in database server, drivers, management suite
  • Experience with Cloud Manager and MongoDB Atlas
  • Experience with production database systems at scale
  • Systems engineering and networking concepts

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of database industry experience
  • Experience building and maintaining complex production database systems
  • Understanding of Cloud architectures (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Customer and stakeholder management experience
  • Systems engineering experience (Linux, memory, I/O, security, networking)
  • Networking concepts and protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS)
  • Storage engineering experience
  • Experience analyzing issues holistically
  • Basic coding/scripting ability
