Monitors the PMEC and Contractor’s performance in delivery programs according to the established packaging strategy, including adherence to schedule, cost and standards codes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or Chartered Engineer Status
15+ years experience in rail project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
