Job Summary

• Provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists by providing a 'hands-on' approach to total quality patient care through the delivery of a full continuum of medication adherence support.
• Interpret and enter prescriptions, clarify orders, label and fill prescriptions for pharmacist verification, and perform pharmaceutical calculations.
• Resolve insurance related issues, assist patients with financial assistance, maintain pharmacy inventory, and communicate directly with patients over the phone.
