Key Requirements

  • 8+ years Business Process Analyst experience
  • 5+ years knowledge management tools/processes/KCS
  • 2+ years SQL and data visualization tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • KCS and Lean Six Sigma certification desirable
