  • The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing facility orientation, job skills training, and certification programs for nursing assistants.
  • This role requires coordinating all required Fire/Internal Disaster and External Mass Casualty Drills while maintaining high standards of quality care.
  • The incumbent must possess a valid RN or LPN license and have at least one year of experience in both direct patient care and education program implementation.
