Commissioning and Qualification experience
GMP and GEP compliance knowledge
CAPEX project management skills
Engineering degree in diagnostics or biotech
Fluency in Chinese and English languages
Nice-to-have

Experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to coach and train engineers
Additional language proficiency beneficial
Key Requirements
Master or Bachelor degree in engineering or natural science
Long time experience in diagnostics/pharmaceutical/biotech industries

Strong experience in GMP, GEP and Quality Systems
