  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop the People Operations team (US, India, China), providing coaching, oversight, and serving as an escalation point to build team independence.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and government contractor requirements (e.g., OFCCP, EEO, Affirmative Action), including partnership with Talent Acquisition.
