Job Summary

  • This role is focused on lease accounting to ensure accurate balance sheet and income statement activity in accordance with ASC 842.
  • The incumbent will prepare monthly and quarterly General Ledger entries, perform account analysis, and support internal and external financial reporting.
  • The position requires collaboration with various internal teams including Real Estate, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Technical Accounting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
  • 6-8 years progressive accounting experience
  • CPA preferred

  • Proficiency in English
