Job Summary

  • Assists in the management of the Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) Program and supports all related laboratory services, ensuring operational and regulatory compliance for waived and non-waived POCT.
  • Provides comprehensive training to personnel performing POCT, including initial, follow-up, and annual competency assessments, along with ongoing education on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Manages regulated and non-regulated Proficiency Testing (PT) programs, instrument calibration, and method comparisons, while also supporting offsite laboratory testing across MGH laboratories.
