Job Summary

  • Review and co-drive the planning of the community care sector together with Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Sector, and develop/shape strategies to achieve AIC’s objectives for the aging population.
  • Lead the work with MOH and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement plans as well as build partnerships within Community Care Sector to achieve coordinated care for the seniors and anchor care within the community.
  • Drive the transformation of sector which includes the planning and conceptualisation of the future Community Care Sector.
