  • You will be supporting L1 operations of the Maersk estate running 24/7/365 and providing visibility of what’s happening to keep services running and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Responsible for both proactive and reactive monitoring of alerts such as Routers, Network switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, LoadBalancers & Proxies.

Must-have

  • OSI model and TCP/IP knowledge
  • Packet capture and analysis with Wireshark
  • Firewall, LoadBalancer, Proxy troubleshooting
  • Incident management methodologies (ITIL)

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies
