Salary
Base: $160,500 - $235,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and stock awards for Director level and above; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match, 80 hours holidays, PTO
