Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years mechanical design experience
3+ years CAD and FEA software proficiency
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
End-to-end equipment lifecycle ownership
Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA)
Production equipment design including structures
Uptime optimization and data analytics
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or PhD in engineering
Leadership experience in manufacturing environment
Custom machine design with electromechanical systems
Proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter
Experience with robot end effectors and actuators
Vendor evaluation and supplier selection skills
Parallel product and process development collaboration
