Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience
  • 4+ years direct project leadership experience
  • 4+ years food/pharma/CPG manufacturing experience
  • Experience with projects of at least $5 million
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience at multiple plant locations
