Job Summary
We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager based in Singapore to lead global cash and transaction reconciliation.
You will own end-to-end break investigation and resolution, drive cross-functional issue follow-ups through to closure, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to strengthen reconciliation controls and improve automation.
Lead, coach, and develop the reconciliation team, allocating resources across BAU and project work, and maintaining capacity planning, coverage, and training.
