Salary
Base: $194,571.20 - $291,856.80 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term incentive bonuses and equity-based awards; Benefits: Qualified retirement programs, paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage

5+ years strategy consulting or pharma experience
Leading digital and AI transformations in pharma
Translating brand strategy to analytical methods

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years professional experience in strategy or pharma

Graduate degree (MBA, Masters, MD, or PhD) preferred
At least 2 years experience with top-tier consulting or investment bank preferred
Demonstrated commercial experience in Oncology preferred
