Job Summary
Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
Fosters good working relationships with the Production, Engineering and Facilities Departments to ensure that equipment is maintained, repaired and sustained for validated production of medical products.
Trains and ensures maintenance personnel can use the PMC System to provide suitable reports from the asset and part history for completing work orders as well as for use in analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying root causes of machine problems, using standardized methods and industry best practices.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
Eight or more years maintenance experience
Five or more years supervisory experience
Three or more years experience in regulated industries
