  • The Investigation and Learning Advisor will lead investigations and co-create learning content for the broader bpx organization, identifying root causes to deliver high-quality corrective actions that impact organizational learning.
  • Key accountabilities include conducting in-depth investigations into employee injuries, safety/operational events, and reports of general safety issues, as well as developing learning summary documents and organizational learning materials.

Key Requirements
