The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident information and promptly report any suspected violations or incidents.
The role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure residents’ needs are met and services are improved.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
