UnitingCare Hospitals is seeking a Resuscitation Program Coordinator to oversee the design, coordination, and evaluation of resuscitation training programs across its hospitals in Queensland. Job Summary

  • The Resuscitation Program Coordinator is responsible for the design, coordination, planning, delivery and evaluation of Advanced Life Support, Resuscitation and Deteriorating Patient training programs for adult and paediatric patients at UCH hospitals.
  • This position will work closely with the Senior Education Manager, Metro and Regional Education Managers and Quality & Safety teams to identify and meet the clinical education needs throughout hospitals in relation to resuscitation and patient deterioration.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' post registration experience
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
  • Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate
  • ARC / ACCCN (or equivalent) ALS 1 Instructor Qualification
  • Current certification in Adult and Paediatric Advanced Life Support
