Job Summary
This role involves managing the Workato platform ecosystem including recipes, connectors, and credentials to ensure seamless logistics integrations.
The team supports critical business functions by diagnosing and resolving failed or delayed integrations across a global network spanning 150 countries.
Candidates will participate in high-availability disaster recovery activities and collaborate with AWS infrastructure teams to maintain platform health.

Key Requirements
Must be entitled to work in India
